Terms of use
These terms set the ground rules for using Velvet List, an independent 18+ creator discovery and review directory.
Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to view adult-oriented directory content where you live. Do not use the service if local law prohibits it. Gallery images may include nudity and are shown unblurred only to accounts that complete an age check; do not share access to a verified account.
Directory information
Profiles, audience figures, prices, availability and external links may change. Verification describes a completed check; it is not an endorsement or guarantee. Check important information directly with the creator or platform before relying on it.
Accounts and contributions
Keep your account secure and submit only lawful, accurate and respectful material. Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Do not impersonate others, manipulate ratings, harass people, publish private information, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
Creator profiles and claims
An approved claim gives limited access to maintain the relevant profile. It does not confer ownership of Velvet List records, administrator access, or a right to alter independent ratings and reviews. Claims use structured evidence and may include a public supporting link; never share account credentials. Claimants must complete a Didit ID document and liveness check confirming they are 18 or over. Profile images must be non-nude. Gallery images may include nudity but must show only the creator, be made and shared with their consent, and contain no sexual activity or genital-focused imagery; every gallery image is moderated before it is shown. Featured placement is clearly labelled and kept separate from organic ratings.
Moderation and availability
We may review, restrict, correct, suspend or remove accounts and content to protect users, comply with law, preserve rating integrity, or operate the service safely. The service may change or be unavailable, and information or features may be corrected as needed.

Creator and platform links lead to services we do not control. Their terms, privacy practices, charges and content rules apply separately.
Reporting concerns
Anyone can use the account-free safety form for safety, privacy, impersonation, takedown and appeal concerns. Signed-in members can also use profile trust tools and the feedback form.
